As coordinator, you guide the group buy through its full lifecycle:

• Draft — Set up fees, limits, and settings. Nothing is visible to participants yet.
• Preparation — Participants join and add their cards. Share the invite link for private group buys. Use this time to answer questions and set expectations.
• Ordering — Lock in final prices, mark cards as ordered, and export the full order to Excel for easy purchasing. No new cards can be added.
• Shipping — The order is on its way. Update the group with tracking info and expected arrival dates.
• Arrived — Cards have landed in SA. Manage local distribution and confirm each participant has received their cards.
• Concluded — Everything is done. The group buy is archived.

You can track payments for each participant and use Solo Mode to manage orders on behalf of people who aren't on the platform.

The cost calculator helps you estimate totals before committing. You can also share invoice tokens with participants for their records.
