As the organiser, you guide the tournament through its lifecycle:

• Pending — Tournament is set up but not yet open.
• Registration Open — Players can join. Share the invite link for private tournaments.
• In Progress — Pairings are generated automatically using Swiss rules. Record match results (Win/Loss/Draw) for each game, then submit the round results to advance to the next round.
• Completed — All rounds are done and final standings are calculated.

You can remove participants before the tournament starts. Once in progress, the bracket is locked.

Standings are calculated automatically using Sonneborn-Berger tiebreaks, so you don't need to worry about manual scoring.
